Since these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy is strict to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. No Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered.
Therefore, returns are not applicable.

2. No Refund After Download

Once the product link is sent or the file has been downloaded,
refunds will not be issued, except in the specific cases listed below.

3. Refunds Are Allowed Only If

A refund or replacement will be provided only in these situations:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered
    You received the wrong file or a different product than what you purchased.

  2. Corrupt or Damaged File
    The file cannot be opened or is unusable.

  3. Link Not Working / Delivery Issue
    If the download link does not work and we are unable to fix it within 24–48 hours.

In such cases, we will first attempt a free replacement.
If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • You changed your mind or did not like the product

  • You used or downloaded the product and then requested a refund

  • Your device does not support the file (unless stated otherwise on our website)

  • You request a refund without a valid reason

5. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Grabisto reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or against our policy.

  2. Delivery Method
    All digital products are delivered electronically through:

    • Instant Download Link (on the website)

    • Email Download Link

    • User Dashboard Access (if applicable)

  3. Delivery Time
    Most orders are delivered instantly after successful payment.
    However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 1–24 hours due to server delays or payment verification issues.

  4. Correct Email Responsibility
    The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
    Grabisto is not responsible if the delivery fails due to incorrect email or inbox issues.

  5. Spam/Junk Folder Notice
    If the customer does not see the delivery email, they should check their Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.

  6. Access Issues / Re-Download Support
    If download links do not work or the file appears corrupted, users may request a new download link within 7 days of purchase.

  7. No Physical Courier or Shipping Charges
    Since all items are digital, no physical shipping, courier fees, packaging charges, or delivery timelines apply.

  8. Delivery Completion
    Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the order is considered fully delivered and complete.

  9. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
    All digital downloads are final.
    Due to the nature of digital products, once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  10. Backup Recommendation
    Users are advised to save and back up the product files after downloading. Grabisto is not required to store purchased files permanently.

  11. Support for Missing Orders
    If delivery is not received within 24 hours, the user must contact support with proof of purchase:
