1. All Sales Are Final
Because all orders are delivered instantly in a digital format, refunds and returns are not available after a purchase is completed.
2. Incorrect or Unusable File
In rare cases where the delivered file is:

not opening properly,
we will provide a corrected replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
Refunds may only be considered if we are unable to provide a working file.
3. Duplicate Payment
If the system accidentally charges you more than once for the same order, we will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate payment after verification.
4. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases
Orders placed unintentionally, or placed without the account holder’s consent, are not eligible for refunds.
5. Subscription Payments
Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but previously charged payments cannot be refunded.
6. Technical Issues
If you face difficulty accessing your purchased content due to device or network issues, our support team will assist you.
However, such technical limitations are not grounds for a refund.
